jldbt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and jldbt ("jldbt", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the jldbt website, mobile web application, and any related services offered through the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jldbt.

These Terms should be read alongside the jldbt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement. The most current version of these Terms is always the version published on this page. jldbt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

To open an account and use jldbt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement and is not subject to any exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership or automated entity) with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be self-excluded from jldbt or any other gaming platform through a self-exclusion programme that covers jldbt.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling by applicable law in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal in your location.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information when registering. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

jldbt reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to jldbt's reasonable satisfaction. Accounts opened by ineligible users will be closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

4. Account Registration and Verification

Each person may hold only one account on jldbt. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses. jldbt uses technical and manual review methods to detect duplicate accounts.

KYC Verification Requirements

jldbt is required to verify the identity of members before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, or a valid Bangladesh passport.
• Proof of mobile number ownership corresponding to the registered account mobile number (e.g. screenshot of mobile banking app showing your name and number).
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account showing your registered name.
• Any additional documentation that jldbt reasonably requests in order to comply with its anti-money laundering or fraud prevention obligations.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jldbt will never ask for your password via any channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify jldbt support immediately and change your password. jldbt accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jldbt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jldbt does not apply currency conversion charges. The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

jldbt reserves the right to delay, suspend or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms. In such cases jldbt will endeavour to notify the affected member as soon as practicable, subject to applicable legal and regulatory constraints.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jldbt offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (বাজি ধরার শর্ত). Bonus funds and winnings from free spins are not withdrawable until the full rollover amount has been wagered. The specific বাজি ধরার শর্ত multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold or otherwise assigned to another person or account.
• jldbt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any pending bonus winnings, and close any account where it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and may be claimed once per person, household, mobile number, IP address or payment method. Attempting to claim a new member bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse.
• jldbt reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including changing the wagering requirements, eligible games or expiry date of any bonus.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jldbt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings. jldbt strongly encourages all members to use these tools if they feel their gambling is becoming difficult to control.

A member who requests self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, jldbt will not send the member any promotional materials and will not allow the member to access the Platform. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the chosen period has elapsed will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as determined by jldbt.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jldbt and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether using your own identity or any other identity, real or fictitious.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses or manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are derived from any illegal activity, including fraud, theft, money laundering or tax evasion.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to fix the outcome of any game or sporting event, or to exploit any known or suspected bug, error or vulnerability in the Platform's software.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your jldbt account by any third party, including family members. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

jldbt employs advanced fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Where a prohibited activity is detected, jldbt may act immediately without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending investigation. Members found to have engaged in prohibited activities will not be entitled to a refund of any deposits made.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on jldbt, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of jldbt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform, its content or services without the express written permission of jldbt. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jldbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if jldbt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jldbt's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jldbt account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jldbt does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, third-party payment provider delays and other technical events may temporarily affect Platform availability. jldbt will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

11. Amendments to These Terms

jldbt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jldbt will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where jldbt considers a change to be material, it may also notify registered members via their registered mobile number or through a notice displayed upon login. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must immediately cease using jldbt and may request closure of your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations as determined by jldbt's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and jldbt, you agree to first contact jldbt support to seek an informal resolution. jldbt will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by jldbt's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
